Using the Online Box Office

1. Locate the tickets you wish to order by browsing the categories on the left, or using the "Search" or "Ticket List" links found in the top bar. Once you are on the page for the show you wish to purchase tickets to, enter the number of tickets you want and your seating preference, then click the "Add to Basket" button. If the show has options for date, time and ticket price, be sure to select the options that you want. You will then be taken to your Shopping Basket.

2. At the Shopping Basket page you can either proceed to the Checkout, clear your basket or continue shopping. You can also remove specific tickets or change the number of tickets you had previously selected.

3. When you are ready to order the tickets shown in your Basket, click either of the "Checkout" buttons (below your order, or up in the right-hand side of the top bar).

4. Enter your personal information and click the "continue" button.

5. Confirm your information, select whether you want your tickets to be mailed or held for pickup, and choose the type of credit card you wish to pay with. Click the "continue" button.

6. Enter your credit card information and click the "continue" button. At this point your order will be sent to The Empire Theatre Box Office and you will receive a summary screen for your order.

7. Print your order summary for your records. You will also receive this information in an automatically generated email. Once your order has been processed by the Box Office, you will receive an email directly from the Box Office Staff with a confirmation that your credit card has been billed, and your official confirmation number that you will need to pick up your tickets or make inquiries.

Phone and Internet Orders

The Empire Theatre & Centre for the Performing Arts charges a fee of $3.75 per order ordered by phone or internet. This amount is a charge per order irrespective of the number of tickets or the number of events booked at one time. Please Note: There is no fee for buying tickets in person at the Box Office.

Please note the following about ordering from the Online Box Office:

• Please note that the maximum number of tickets per show per customer varies with each performance. For more information call the Box Office at 613-969-0099 ext. 1.

• Tickets will be available to purchase in the Online Box Office until they are sold out or until the day before the show. If you are interested in ordering tickets during the day of the performance, please visit the Box Office in person or call 613-969-0099.

Exchange/Refund Policy on Purchased Tickets

All Sales are Final. No Refunds. No Exchanges.

Ticket Reprints

The Empire Theatre & Centre for the Performing Arts charges a surcharge for all tickets reprinted by the Box Office. Patrons will be charged a fee of $1.00 per ticket.
